Using the App
How do I view seasonal patterns for a specific cryptocurrency?
Select your desired cryptocurrency from the 'Markets' tab, then you'll see tabs for 'Active Edges', 'Historical Patterns', and 'Upcoming Edges'.
Can I set alerts for upcoming seasonal patterns?
Yes, you can set alerts by tapping the bell icon next to any upcoming edge in the app. You'll receive a notification when the pattern is about to begin.
How often is the data updated?
Our price data is updated in real-time. Seasonal pattern analysis is recalculated daily to ensure accuracy.
Troubleshooting
The app is crashing on startup, what should I do?
Try restarting your device first. If the issue persists, ensure your app is updated to the latest version. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If problems continue, please contact our support team.
Why can't I see data for a specific cryptocurrency?
Some cryptocurrencies may have limited historical data available. We require at least 3 years of price history to identify reliable seasonal patterns. If you don't see a specific cryptocurrency, it may not meet our data requirements yet.
My purchase didn't go through but I was charged
